ETF Leaders And Laggards – For The Week Ending 7/1/2011

Here is a quick review of the past week’s winners and losers from my High Volume ETF Master list:

As Europe gained hope in having resolved the Greek debt circus, Spain ended up being the beneficiary by rallying a handsome +10.12% for the week. I find it hard to believe that the markets are really convinced that all is well now with those countries assumed to be on the on-deck circle with their respective debt issues.

To me, it simply must have been a relief rally, since the worst has been postponed for the time being. Go figure…
